Use the form below to request your appointment! If you cannot access the date you are looking for, please send us an email! We are currently asking brides to try to limit guests to 5 as we have suitable seating for that number of guests. However, if you are looking to bring more guests and do not mind possible standing room, please make a note in your appointment request and we will do our best to accommodate!
For PROM appointments, please call the boutique at 705-817-1187 the DAY BEFORE you would like to shop prom. We welcome walk-ins when our fitting rooms are available.
